# Coal Industry Act 1994, Paragraph 34


In paragraph 28 of Schedule 5 to the Weights and Measures Act 1985 (exemption of the Corporation from certain provisions)—
(a) sub-paragraphs (1) and (3) shall cease to have effect; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (2), the words from “other than” to “applies” shall be omitted.
