  "text": "In paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 6 to the Land Drainage Act 1991 (protection for certain undertakings)—\n(a) in paragraph (a), for “the British Coal Corporation” there shall be substituted “ the Coal Authority ”; and\n(b) at the end, there shall be inserted the following paragraph—\n“(j) the undertaking of any licensed operator, within the meaning of the Coal Industry Act 1994.”",
