# The Coal Industry Nationalisation (Superannuation) Regulations 1952, Note: Explanatory note


These regulations enable the National Coal Board to pay or provide for the payment of pensions, gratuities and other like benefits in respect of service with the Coal Industry Social Welfare Organisation.
