Made 29th September 1994
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 7(1) of the Coal Industry Act 1994, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and being satisfied as mentioned in section 7(5) of the Act, hereby makes the following Order:
