  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order appoints 31st October 1994 as the restructuring date for the purposes of the Coal Industry Act 1994.\nThe Order has the effect inter alia of bringing into force on the appointed day the provisions specified in section 68(2) of the Act.",
