# The Coal Mines (Precautions against Inflammable Dust) Order 1956, Article 2


Any exemption, permission, approval, authority, or direction given for the purpose of a provision hereby re-enacted shall, if in force at the commencement of the Act and so far as it could have been given for the purposes of the Coal Mines (Precautions against Inflammable Dust) Regulations, 1956 (whether by that instrument or an instrument to the like effect), have effect as if it had been so given.
