  "text": "If any person, for the purpose of obtaining for himself or any other person any benefit under this Act—\n(a) furnishes any information which he knows to be false in a material particular, or recklessly furnishes any information which is false in a material particular; or\n(b) with intent to deceive withholds any material information,\nhe shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both.",
