  "text": "(1) Any power to make regulations conferred by any provision of this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument, and any such instrument shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.\n(2) Regulations prescribing anything required or authorised by this Act to be prescribed may make different provision for different circumstances.",
