  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force on 30th November 1991 all of the provisions of the Coal Mining Subsidence Act 1991.\nThe Order makes a transitional amendment to section 34(1) of the Act (preventive measures for new buildings etc.) in respect of the period prior to the operation of the notice procedure in section 35(2).",
