Paragraph 7 Arbitration procedure

The arbitrator may, at his discretion, and upon notifying the other party—

(a)

permit either party to send to him and to the other party further comments on the other party’s case; and

(b)

extend any of the time limits specified in paragraphs 4 to 6.
