Paragraph 9 Oral hearings

(1)

Any direction under paragraph 8 as to the convening of an oral hearing of the parties shall—

(a)

specify a date for the commencement of the hearing which shall be as soon as reasonably practicable after the giving of the direction; and

(b)

specify a place for the hearing which shall be reasonably convenient for each of the parties.

(2)

The procedure to be followed at the hearing shall be determined by the arbitrator.
