# The Coal Mining Subsidence (Subsidence Adviser) (Revocation) Regulations 2004, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 9th October 2004
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 46(1), (2), (3), (5), (6) and (7) of the Coal Industry Act 1994 and section 50 of the Coal Mining Subsidence Act 1991 hereby makes the following Regulations:
