# The Coal Mining Subsidence (Subsidence Adviser) (Revocation) Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Coal Mining Subsidence (Subsidence Adviser) (Revocation) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 9th October 2004.
