The River Thames, above a line drawn from the westernmost point of Dagnam Saltings in the parish of Allhallows in the County of Kent, to Canvey Point, and then to the westernmost point of the boundary of the Borough of Southend-on-Sea, and the whole of the waters of Yantlet Creek.
