# Coast Protection Act 1949, Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Where the coast protection authority cause notice to be published under the foregoing paragraph, they shall serve a like notice on the Environment Agency (if any land to which the draft order relates is in England), the Natural Resources Body for Wales (if any land to which the draft order relates is in Wales), and on any catchment board , external drainage board, conservancy authority, harbour authority, navigation authority or river authority whose areathe National Rivers Authority and on any catchment board, conservancy authority, harbour authority or navigation authority whose area, and on any internal drainage board whose district, comprises land to which the draft order relates.
