  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Coasting Schools (England) Regulations 2022 (S.I. 2022/720).\nRegulation 3 substitutes a new definition of the circumstances in which a school is deemed to be coasting for the purposes of section 60B of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (c. 40).\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on business is foreseen.",
