  "text": "(1) The Education (Pupil Referral Units) (Management Committees etc) (England) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2(1), (interpretation) in the definition of “eligible for intervention”, before sub-paragraph (a) insert—\n“(za) the circumstances set out in section 60B of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 apply in relation to the unit;”.",
