Article 2 Appointed day for the Code of Practice

The revised Code of Practice on Picketing comes into effect on 11th March 2024f1.

(2)

In paragraph (1) “The revised Code of Practice on Picketing” means the revised Code of Practice which was laid in draft before both Houses of Parliament on 14th December 2023.
