# The Code of Practice (Reasonable Steps for Trade Unions) Order 2023, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Code of Practice (Reasonable Steps for Trade Unions) Order 2023.
(2) This Order comes into force on 8th December 2023.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
