Article 1 Citation, extent and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Code of Practice (Requests for Flexible Working) Order 2024.

This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.

In this Order “the revised Code of Practice” means the document entitled “Code of Practice on Requests for Flexible Working” issued by ACAS on 11th January 2024 and published on the ACAS website.
