Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations—

• “the 2002 Act” (“Deddf 2002”) means the Education Act 2002;

• “the Government of Maintained Schools Regulations” (“y Rheoliadau Llywodraethu Ysgolion a Gynhelir”) means the Government of Maintained Schools (Wales) Regulations 2005^f1; and

• “non governor member” (“aelod nad yw'n llywodraethwr”) means a person who is appointed by a joint committee as a member of it but who is not a member of a collaborating governing body.
