# The Collaboration Between Maintained Schools (Wales) Regulations 2008, Paragraph 5: Persons who are members of more than one collaborating governing body


The fact that a person is a member of a joint committee of a collaborating governing body at more than one school is not under any circumstances to be considered a conflict of interest for the purpose of these Regulations.
