  "text": "The first meeting of the Trustees after the new constitution date shall be convened by the Secretary as soon as possible after that date and the Secretary shall send such notice of the meeting by post to each of the Trustees. Subsequent meetings of the Trustees sh all be at the discretion of the Trustees and the procedure and business of the Trustees shall be regulated in such a manner as the Trustees may from time to time determine.",
