  "text": "If a casual vacancy occurs among the elected Trustees the vacancy shall be filled by the Trustees as soon as practicable and such replacement Trustee shall reside in the Collieston harbour electoral area and his name shall appear in the register of electors for the parish of Slains and shall remain in office for the remainder of the term of office of the Trustee being replaced. The method to be used for the selection of candidates to fill a casual vacancy shall be at the discretion of the Trustees.",
