  "text": "The Collision Regulations (Seaplanes) Order 1989 shall be amended by substituting the following paragraphs for paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Schedule:\n“3 In paragraph (b), sub-paragraph (i), after the words “Notice to Mariners No. 17” there shall be inserted the words “of 1989”.\n4 In paragraph (b), the following shall be substituted for sub-paragraph (ii):\n“(ii) “Notice to Mariners No. 17 of 1989” means Notice to Mariners No. 17 in the annual summary of Admiralty Notices to Mariners 1989.””.",
