  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order further amends the Collision Regulations (Seaplanes) Order 1989 by updating the reference to the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) Regulations 1989 to include a reference to the amendment to those Regulations which comes into force on 19th April 1991.",
