The Collision Regulations (Seaplanes) Order 1989f1, shall be further amended as follows:

In article 4 after the words “the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) Regulations 1989”f2 there shall be added “as amended by the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) (Amendment) Regulations 1991”f3.
