  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1713) so as to reduce from forty-two to nineteen the number of justices appointed to the West Yorkshire Probation Committee. Ten of the eleven petty sessions areas will appoint fewer justices. Representation for the petty sessions area of Morley is unchanged.",
