  "text": "Local Government, England\nTransport, England\nMade 31st March 2014\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThis Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 114 to 116 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.\nA draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament pursuant to section 117 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.\nAccordingly the Secretary of State makes the following Order:",
