  "text": "Section 48 of the 1992 Act (calculation of amount payable by each billing authority) applies as if after subsection (4) there were inserted—\n“(4A) The calculations in subsections (2) and (3) must be made separately in respect of the authority’s PCC component basic amount of council tax for the year and its general component basic amount of council tax for the year.”",
