# The Combined Authorities (Mayoral Elections) (Amendment) Order 2022, Article 4: Amendment of Schedule 2


(1) Schedule 2 (modifications of Acts and statutory instrument) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1 omit sub-paragraph (9).
(3) In paragraph 1(30) omit the words from “if there are only two candidates” to the end.
