  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in SI 2018/827 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nTown And Country Planning, England\nMade 1st August 2018\nLaid before Parliament 6th August 2018\nComing into force 30th August 2018\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 334(7) and 343(1)(a) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999, (as applied with modifications by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (Functions and Amendment) Order 2016, the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (Functions and Amendment) Order 2017 and the West of England Combined Authority Order 2017), makes the following Regulations:",
