  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations correct an error in regulation 5(6) of the Combined Authorities (Spatial Development Strategy) Regulations 2018 (“the principal Regulations”), whereby the word “locations” was inadvertently used instead of “allocations” in relation to diagrams which may be included in the spatial development strategy.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.\nAs this instrument corrects an error, it is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of the principal Regulations.",
