# The Combined Authorities (Spatial Development Strategy) Regulations 2018, Regulation 10: Withdrawal of proposals


On the withdrawal of the spatial development strategy pursuant to section 336(1) of the GLA Act the combined authority shall give notice by advertisement in the form set out in Form 4 in the Schedule to these Regulations.
