# The Combined Authorities (Spatial Development Strategy) Regulations 2018, Regulation 13: Introduction and interpretation

Extent: E+W+S

(1) During the relevant period, Parts 2 and 3 of these Regulations have effect subject to the modifications in regulations 14 to 16.
(2) In this Part, “the relevant period” means the period beginning with 12th August 2020 and ending with 31st December 2021.
