  "long_title": "This Order amends the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1713) to take account of the combination of the petty sessional divisions of Forest, Maidenhead, Slough and Windsor to form the new petty sessional division of East Berkshire and the renaming of the petty sessional division of Reading and Sonning as Reading. The changes to the petty sessional divisions in question are effected by the Petty Sessional Divisions (Berkshire and Oxfordshire) Order 1998 (S.I. 1998/2959) and the Petty Sessional Divisions (Berkshire and Oxfordshire) (No. 2) Order 1998 (S.I. 1998/2960) which come into force, subject to certain exceptions on 1st April 1999. The petty sessional divisions of Forest, Maidenhead and Windsor were previously represented by 2 justices each and the petty sessional division of Slough by 3 justices.",
