# The Combined Probation Areas (Cheshire) Order 1991, Article 2


(1) That part of Schedule 2 to the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 which relates to the Cheshire probation area shall be amended by–
(a) omitting the entries in respect of the petty sessions areas of Congleton and Crewe and Nantwich;
(b) inserting in alphabetical order in column 1 “South Cheshire”; and
(c) inserting in column 3, corresponding to the entry in respect of South Cheshire, “4”.
(2) As from 1st December 1992, paragraph (c) of this article shall have effect as if the reference to “4” was a reference to “3”.
