# The Combined Probation Areas (Cornwall) Order 1991, Article 4


The two members of the Cornwall Probation Committee appointed before 1st January 1991 by the justices for the petty sessional divisions of Falmouth and Penryn and Helston and Kerrier shall continue in office as if they had been appointed by the justices for the new petty sessional division of Falmouth and Kerrier.
