This Order amends the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 to take account of the amalgamation of the petty sessions areas of Barrow with Bootle and North Lonsdale into the new petty sessions area of Furness and District effected by the Petty Sessional Divisions (Cumbria) Order 1993 (S. I. 1993/2352) which comes into force on 1st January 1994.
