This Order amends the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 to take account of the reorganisation of the petty sessional divisions of Blandford, Shaftesbury and Sturminster into the new petty sessional divisions of Blandford and Sturminster and of Shaftesbury, effected by the Petty Sessional Divisions (Dorset) Order 1987 (S.I. 1987/1739) which comes into operation on 1st January 1988.
