Article 2

That part of Schedule 2 to the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986^f1 which relates to the Essex Probation Committee^f2 shall be amended by—

(a)

omitting the entries in respect of the petty sessions areas of Freshwell and South Hinckford and Halstead and Hedingham; and

(b)

inserting in alphabetical order in column 1 “Braintree and Halstead” and corresponding to this in column 3 “2”.
