  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 to take account of the amalgamation of the petty sessions areas of Freshwell and South Hinckford and Halstead and Hedingham into the new petty sessions area of Braintree and Halstead effected by the Petty Sessional Divisions (Essex) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/839) which comes into force on1st April 1992.",
