Section 2

That part of Schedule 2 to the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986^f1 which relates to the Gloucestershire Probation Area^f2 shall be amended by–

(a)

omitting the entries in respect of the petty sessions areas of Cheltenham, North Cotswold and Tewkesbury;

(b)

inserting in alphabetical order in column 1 “North Gloucestershire”, and corresponding to this in column 3 “8”.
