Article 2

That part of Schedule 2 to the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986^f1 which relates to the North Wales Probation Committee shall be amended by–

(a)

omitting the entries in respect of the petty sessions areas of Ardudwy-is-Artro, Ardudwy-uwch-Artro, Conwy and Llandudno, Eifionydd, Estimaner, Nant Conwy, Penllyn, Pwllheli and Talybont;

(b)

inserting, in alphabetical order,–

(i)

in column 1 “Aberconwy” and corresponding to this in column 3 “1”;

(ii)

in column 1 “Eifionydd and Pwllheli” and corresponding to this in column 3 “1”;

(iii)

in column 1 “North Meirionnydd” and corresponding to this in column 3 “1”; and

(iv)

in column 1 “South Meirionnydd” and corresponding to this in column 3 “1”.
