  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1713) to take account of the re-organisation of four of the petty sessions areas within the North Wales Probation Area into two new petty sessions areas effected by the Petty Sessional Divisions (Gwynedd) Order 1995 (S.I. 1995/1600), the relevant provisions of which come into force on 1st October 1995.",
