Article 2

That part of Schedule 2 to the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986^f1 which relates to the North Yorkshire Area^f2, shall be amended by—

(a)

omitting the entry in respect of the petty sessions area of Easingwold;

(b)

substituting “4” for “3” in the entry in respect of the petty sessions area of Northallerton in column 3;

(c)

substituting “6” for “5” in the entry in respect of the petty sessions area of York in column 3.
