  "text": "(1) The fourteen members of the Northamptonshire Probation Committee appointed by the justices for the petty sessional divisions of Brackley, Corby, Daventry, Kettering, Mid Northants, Oundle and Thrapston, Towcester and Wellingborough before those divisions were re-organised to form five new divisions known as the Corby, Daventry, Kettering, Towcester and Wellingborough divisions shall cease to hold office as members of that Committee, but shall be eligible for re-appointment.\n(2) The justices for the new divisions of Corby, Daventry, Kettering, Towcester and Wellingborough shall appoint respectively three, two, three, two and four of their number to serve, with effect from 1st April 1987, as members of the Northamptonshire Probation Committee; and the members so appointed shall hold office until 30th November 1989 and shall then cease to hold office but shall be eligible for re-appointment.",
