# The Combined Probation Areas (Powys) Order 1991, Article 5


The two members of the Powys Probation Committee appointed before 2nd April 1991 by the justices for the petty sessional divisions of Newtown and Llanidloes shall continue to hold office as if they had been appointed by the justices for the new petty sessional division of Newtown.
