  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 to take account of the reorganisation of the sessional divisions in Powys effected by the Petty Sessional Divisions (Powys) Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/412) which comes into force on 2nd April 1991.",
