Article 2

That part of Schedule 2 to the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986^f1 which relates to the Suffolk Probation Area^f2 shall be amended by—

(a)

omitting the entries in respect of the petty sessions areas of Beccles, Lowestoft and Saxmundham;

(b)

inserting in alphabetical order in column 1 “North East Suffolk” and corresponding to this in column 3 “5”.
